Mold Disclosure

While it is not required to provide a Buyer with a Mold Disclosure, it is best to do so.  The safest measures you can take to not being sued in the future for unknown defects that could arise after the sale of the home is to disclosure everything you possibly can at the time of your sale.  Even if you are fearful of the outcome, it is best to disclose the information regardless including a mold disclosure.
