Withdrawing an Offer
When an Offer comes in, there is always a date and time in which the Offer must be accepted, rejected or a Counter Proposal submitted. During this time, the Buyer making the Offer is considered the Offeror. The Seller is the Offeree.
The Buyer can withdraw the Offer at any time in writing to the Seller if they have not heard or received anything from the Seller.
If the offer goes past the acceptance date and time or no Counter Proposal has been received, then the Offer is considered void at that time and neither party is bound by the Offer that was submitted.
