Real Estate Consultant
Jordan Cooper embodies teamwork and entrepreneurial success as a real estate professional in the Nashville area. Influenced by his family’s successful steel business, this former Pittsburgh Pirates baseball player brings a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in his real estate practice.
As the principal and founder of the Strong Group, Jordan oversees the vision and direction of his team. His main objective is to help up-and-coming real estate agents grow their business through a unified partnership. By generating leads through broad marketing and networking efforts, Jordan hopes to help young real estate agents hit the ground running in a super competitive industry.
His interest in real estate and business started at a very early age. Growing up in a family of four kids, Jordan always had a passion for numbers. His father, as CEO of Cooper Steel, cultivated his interest in business, and always encouraged him to stick to what he was good at.
This encouragement also extended to Jordan’s athletic abilities. His hard work and dedication as a baseball player inevitably led him to get noticed and drafted right out of high school to the Pittsburgh Pirates. He opted to pursue his academic studies at the University of Kentucky, but opportunity came knocking again two years later. He decided to make the big leap, traveling and playing with the Pirates for two years.
His baseball career helped set the stage for his future business aspirations, learning the important interpersonal skills that would ultimately help him transition from professional athlete to entrepreneur.
Jordan completed his studies at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU), where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in finance and real estate. He was one of the founding members of the Real Estate Club at MTSU, and is an advocate for the MTSU Real Estate Alumni Association.
As a community-oriented individual, Jordan enjoys giving back whenever he can. He coached his high school’s baseball team after he finished with the Pirates, and is also a member of the Nashville Sports Council, where he helps bring awareness to the city as a premier destination for sporting events.
When Jordan is not busy with his business, he enjoys golfing and traveling. He is engaged and resides in Nashville.
