About Team Balch

Hello…thank you for visiting our website! I’m glad you stop by to get to know me and my team better! I’m originally from the Philippines, and I came to the United States in 1997. I graduated from college in 1994, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing; however, I followed a different calling and landed in pharmaceutical sales. In 2001, I bumped into a good friend who introduced and encouraged me to enter the world of real estate. The beginning of my career in real estate eventually led to the end of my stint in pharmaceutical, in 2002.

I started part-time as a loan officer, and I discovered that I enjoyed it, a lot. In my wildest dream, I never would have imagined I would become a Realtor. I believe things happen for a very good reason, and I’m thankful that God had a much better plan for me. I studied nursing because I wanted to help people. And, helping people is the reason I love real estate. Not only is it gratifying to know that I’m helping my clients with their specific needs, I’m also honored that my clients have placed their trust in me, when making a major decision in their lives. There is no greater compliment, than when I receive a referral from a client, who in turn become a friend for life!

My business is thriving because of the referrals that continue to come my way from family and

On the fun side, I love spending time with my 2 kids. They occupy most of my time, and I love every minute of it. They have so much energy, and all I can do is to keep up. It’s just easy to go with the flow –Barnes and Noble, all types of classes (ice skating, karate, singing, Bible class etc..) and frequent flyer to Edward Cinema. As for myself, if I could, I would dive every other day. If that weren’t enough, I would bowl till my back hurt. I also dream of having a recording studio, so I can record a Christian song, and I would love to travel around the world.

My other passions are, Gawad Kalinga www.GK1world.com (non profit company meaning “to give care” that gives back and help build poor communities back in the Philippines); Convoy of Hope; and member of Community Bible Church in Mira Mesa.

My husband, Tress, and I own Happy Sushi restaurant, located in 8973 Mira Mesa Blvd, San Diego CA 92126. If you’re craving great sushi with a fusion of Hawaiian/ pacific islander food, drop in to enjoy amazing food and friendly service. Check our menu at www.happysushisd.com. We have recently added catering to our restaurant business as well, we now cater to corporate parties, birthdays, baby showers, house warming, all types of party and weddings!
