With inventory soaring downhill in Mira Mesa (we are at .6 not even a month’s worth of inventory!! that’s way too low, on a healthy market you want to see at least 6 months worth of inventory to be considered balance), condominium price appreciated double digit in 2017! Per InfoSparks Market, attached (combination of condominium and townhouse listings) is currently at 12.2% appreciation with a median price of $351,000, last year it was $312,750! We don’t see any slow down of price appreciation as the inventory and interest rate are at historic low!
Good news, I have a highly sought after entry level 2 bedroom condominium coming soon in Mira Mesa! With the factors mentioned above, even a non updated unit in Mira Mesa will go for???
